Virtual Tours must be canceled 24 hours prior to the Photography Appointment to receive a full refund. If the order is canceled within 24 hours it will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation after the completion of the Photography and prior to any actual Publishing (online or magazine) will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Virtual Tours that have been published on VirtualviewHomes.com or in VirtualviewHomes.com Magazine are non-refundable. We make every effort to provide a professional production that will exceed your expectations. However, we do understand that mistakes can happen and we are committed to correct any such errors.
