3.  Will a Realtor Sell My Home Faster?

Not necessarily, gone are the days when the MLS (Multiple Service Listing) was the key to a quick sale.  Today, the internet can provide all the exposure you need, realtors are using the internet everyday just like you, many even use our services.  The keys to a quick sale are Marketing, Exposure and Timing. 9.  How do I know what Digital Camera of Pictures to use?

The quality of Digital Camera is unimportant since the dimensions of the picture once published is at 640x480 pixels.  This is usually about the minimum settings on most digital cameras today.  If  you do not yet own a digital camera, we have a coupon for a FREE Digital Camera.  That will provide the quality shots needed for a professional looking Slide Show!

First, when you take your pictures, make sure the property is clean and well represented, take the pictures during the day to get the best possible natural lighting.  Get opinions from friends and family and pick the pictures that look the best.  Always keep a minimum of 2 times more than you are required to upload, it's a good idea to occasionally change some of the views.

10.  How can I find a Local Realtor who uses this Site?

Go to our Home page, type in your City, select your State and click "Search".  Go through the results to see if there are any listings for local realtors.  If not, you can still hire a realtor and request (as part of your contract) that they advertise on this site, remember the realtor is working for you.
